Fully refurbished SET of M70 DK "Drosselklappe" Throttle Bodies. Single throttles should never be individually refurbished due to balancing issues. Extensive rebuilding effort commenced of completely disassembling and ultrasonically cleaning all components. Cosmosline is completely removed. Brushes replaced as needed, commutator cleaned and buffed. Encoder wiper carefully redimensioned to ride on fresh carbon tracks. All aluminum, brass components are vapor honed inside and out. Throttle shafts, plates and hardened gears are vapor honed as well, and the throttle plate is polished.?ÿNew double sealed German throttle shaft bearings pressed into the housing (2 per throttle) Gear mesh & needle bearings assembled with fresh aviation grade synthetic lubricant grease. New T20/T30 stainless hardware replacing the single use anti-tamper hardware from original assembly allows for future serviability. Finished assembly actuates butter smooth.
