E30 M20B25 Throttle Body (BMW PN: 1716036)

Throttle Position Sensor -NOT INCLUDED- but will be cleaned and adjusted if sent in with customers core.

• Completely disassembling and ultrasonically cleaned.
  
  
• Strip existing oxidized plating off steel components, polish and replate in fresh zinc yellow chromate where appropriate and original. 
  
  
• All aluminum, brass components are vapor honed inside and out.
  
  
• Throttle shaft, plates and pivot arm vapor honed, polished or brushed.
  
  
• New double sealed INA or SKF throttle shaft bearings pressed into the housing
  
  
• Fully reassembled with new throttle plate screws and O-rings.
  
  
• Throttle position sensor tip in point set and locked down.

Note single and dual vacuum ports may look identical on the outside, must visually verify if one or both are bored all the way through the housing.
