Early Production 325 / BMW PN: 13 54 1 285 330

Throttle Position Sensor -NOT INCLUDED- but will be cleaned and adjusted if sent in with customers core.

• Completely disassembling and ultrasonically cleaned.
  
  
• Strip existing oxidized plating off steel components, polish and replate in fresh zinc yellow chromate where appropriate and original. 
  
  
• All aluminum, brass components are vapor honed inside and out.
  
  
• Throttle shaft, plates and pivot arm vapor honed, polished or brushed.
  
  
• New double sealed INA or SKF throttle shaft bearings pressed into the housing
  
  
• Fully reassembled with new throttle plate screws and O-rings.
  
  
• Throttle position sensor tip in point set and locked down.
